The area is crime and pollution free and is a wonderful place to vacation or retire. Families with children will find excellent schools and libraries.

Fishing is great whether you fish from a boat, in the surf or at one of the lovely lakes. There is also clamming and crabbing.

A stroll to the beach is a breeze!

Whether walking on the beach or competing with the Seagulls for the wind while flying kites or watching the endless race of the Sandpipers as they run to and fro, the beach is very relaxing to the spirit. For the more mature person or the physically challenged the beach is open to vehicles year round.

There is a curving brick path that takes you to the charming front porch. The home offers an ample bright entry hall which leads you into the huge Greatroom that has a cathedral ceiling with very substantial beams and skylights. The dining room has a built in breakfront with loads of shelving and storage. On the far wall there is a large antique brick fireplace with a built-in wood storage bin that has a convenient outside fill door. There are oversize windows so that you may enjoy the beautiful trees and flowering bushes that surround the house.

The property is completely fenced (cedar) with the exception of a small area to the east of the house where the local deer forage. A walkway on the side of the garage takes you to the entrance for the studio/shop area. There is an unfinished second story on the garage that could be a rental unit for additional income or as a home for your caretaker. This space coupled with the residence would be ideal for a Bed and Breakfast! The Greatroom in the main house is a wonderful place to entertain and serve a large group. At the rear of the house there are three decks and an antique brick Bar-B-Q. All four buildings are Cedar shake.

The home is located one mile from shopping and fire engine house where ambulance and emergency equipment are located.

There is pubic transportation available with on call home pickup service for those who want it.
